We recommend booking at least 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak season in Los Cabos, which runs from October through June. That said, we occasionally have availability for shorter timeframes depending on the time of year. Reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

We take on a limited number of weddings and events each year. It is a deliberate choice: it lets us give every couple our complete, undivided attention from the first call to the last dance, rather than running several celebrations in parallel.

Absolutely. It’s our specialty. Sixty percent of our couples travel from the United States, Canada and Europe to get married in Los Cabos. We manage the entire process remotely, communicate in both English and Spanish, and coordinate every detail so you never feel like the distance is a barrier. We know what international couples need, and we’ve spent ten years building the network to deliver it.

Every plan includes a weather contingency agreed with you and the venue in advance: a covered alternative, a revised timeline, and every vendor briefed on both versions. The decision point is set ahead of the day, so nobody is improvising.

Yes. We are an international wedding and event planning studio, and we design and plan celebrations across Mexico and Europe — Los Cabos, Riviera Nayarit, Riviera Maya, Spain and Italy — and we evaluate other destinations on a case-by-case basis. Los Cabos is where the studio was born, and after ten years and over 120 events there we hold exceptionally deep vendor relationships and venue knowledge. We bring that same standard, and the same on-the-ground rigour, to every destination we take on.

All three of our services include some form of on-site presence. Full Planning includes complete day-of coordination with a team on site from setup through close-out. In every case, on the day of your event, there is always a Vowen team member on the ground handling every detail.
