No. We have designed intimate dinners for a dozen guests and multi-day gatherings for well over a hundred. What matters is that the celebration is designed with intention, not how many people are in the room.

Six to nine months is comfortable for most celebrations, and longer if you have a specific venue or a peak date in mind. Los Cabos peak season runs October through June. Shorter timeframes are sometimes possible, so ask and we will tell you what is open.

Yes. Most of our clients bring guests in from the United States, Canada and Europe. We coordinate arrivals, transport, room blocks and the welcome moment, and we work in both English and Spanish.

There is always a VOWEN team member on the ground, from setup through close-out, handling vendors, timing and every detail so that you can stay with your guests.
