Absolutely — it’s our specialty. Sixty percent of our couples travel from the United States, Canada and Europe to get married in Los Cabos. We manage the entire process remotely, communicate in both English and Spanish, and coordinate every detail so you never feel like the distance is a barrier. We know what international couples need, and we’ve spent eight years building the network to deliver it.
Do you work exclusively in Los Cabos, or do you plan weddings in other locations in Mexico?
Los Cabos is our home and our specialty. It’s where we have the deepest vendor relationships, the greatest venue knowledge and the ability to deliver exceptional results consistently. After eight years and over 120 events in Cabo, our local expertise is something you simply can’t replicate elsewhere. For events outside of Los Cabos, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Do you also plan corporate events and private celebrations in Los Cabos?
Yes. We plan social and corporate events with the same level of care and precision as a wedding: quinceañeras, anniversaries, milestone birthday galas, executive retreats, product launches, leadership conferences and company incentive trips. If the experience and the details matter, we’re the right team.
Does your service include full coordination on the day of the wedding?
All three of our services include some form of on-site presence. Full Planning and Event Production include complete day-of coordination with a team on site from setup through close-out. In every case, on the day of your event, there is always a VOWEN team member on the ground handling every detail.
